Since 1986, Italian planetariums have gathered annually for a meeting held in a different location and planetarium each year. This year, our conference will take place in Matera, Italy.

The conference is an opportunity to meet, connect, and exchange information and experiences. Anyone who works or collaborates with a planetarium is invited, but astronomy enthusiasts, teachers, and all those interested in astronomy, science communication, and education are also welcome.

The meeting program may vary each year, but it always includes presentations by members about their work, as well as contributions from leading international companies that design and manufacture planetariums. During the event, the winners of the annual awards offered by PLANit are also announced.
