A young artist from Taiwan who poses questions about the relationship between visual art, and architecture. Fascinated by supernatural beings, his works reflect social phenomena and the mystery of life. HSIEH injected himself into works of art, that form a line of energy questioning the individual's state against the environment. Hsieh’s VR debut 《LIMBOTOPIA in VR》(2021) was nominated by Tribeca Festival 2022, MIFF 2023, Nashville Film Festival 2022, and won the Best VR Prize in AniFilm 2022 in the Czech Republic. In 2024, he was once again selected by the Tribeca Festival 2024 immersive section, created the infinite mirror installations《THE GREAT FILTER》and《INVISIBLE THEM》for New York's art museum Mercer Labs. Hsieh’s next-stage VR film《LIMBOPHOBIA》(2024) has been selected by several European festivals, including ART*VR 2024 Prague, GIFF 2024, and IDFA 2024 in Amsterdam in the end of 2024. Hsieh's immersive experiences expand to DOME at the end of 2023.《LIMBOTOPIA in DOME》(2023) was selected by FilmGate Interactive 2023, MIFF 2024, and SAT Fest 2024.《LIMBOPHOBIA》DOME version(2024) has its world premiere at ARTIS Planetarium in IDFA 2024.
