The Digistar Users Group provides a forum for discussion and exchange of information concerning the Digistar digital planetarium systems. We also provide a means for exchanging Digistar content, and for maintaining a dialogue between member sites and the Digistar system manufacturer, Evans & Sutherland, on matters of service, improvements, and other subjects of mutual concern and interest. One of the primary activities of the Digistar Users Group is its annual meeting. This is a unique opportunity to exchange production techniques, planetarium operations concerns, Evans & Sutherland service and support, system maintenance, and ideas for new Digistar features. Other activites include particpation in IPS technology and standards efforts, ongoing member communication and peer assistance, and content sharing.
