After sold-outs in the largest Italian planetariums, such as “Città della Scienza” (Naples) and the “Ulrico Hoepli” Planetarium (Milan), guitarist and composer Vincenzo Adelini presents his show to planetariums worldwide.

Imagine a night-show under the dome where intense live guitar melodies, spatial reverberations, an untamed theremin and deep bass blending with images of the Moon, the sky, and constellations, expertly managed by the planetarian of the facility who improvises a visual accompaniment to transport the audience into an intimate and profound experience.

This and much more is “Moonlight From…,” a musical live performance specially produced for the planetariums —both mechanical and digital — and conceived to enhance their communicative power through the synergy of music and astronomy. The close collaboration between the planetarian and the musician creates a unique and unrepeatable live event.

Alone under the dome with his guitars and his others instruments, Vincenzo Adelini, in addition to his repertoire, will premiere an original composition dedicated to the city of the hosting planetarium, delivering the handwritten original music sheet as a gift.

All the unreleased pieces composed in various planetariums will be compiled into an album distributed by renowned record labels INRIClassic and Universal Music Group.

During each performance, Vincenzo Adelini will also be accompanied by a video maker who will record videos and images to create a documentary for digital platforms, aiming to share the charm and cultural value of planetariums with the wider audience.
