NSC Creative requires a 3D Animator with a well rounded knowledge of all areas of animation to join the growing Leicester team. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate they understand the principles of animation to a high level. Projects will range from Fulldome, VR, Stereoscopic 3D, Theme Park Attractions and Flat Screen HD.

NSC Creative is an award winning computer animation studio that specialises in immersive films for Fulldome, Stereoscopic 3D and VR with over 15 years of experience. The studio offers a full production service for bespoke, original, high-end content with the wow factor guaranteed. They are the world leader in digital planetarium film production, with shows licensed to over 600 venues across 30 countries. They are currently working on top secret 360 VR and high profile immersive theme park projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in CG with a specialty in key-frame 3D Animation;
• Camera layout and scene animation skills;
• Character/creature animation;
• Lip sync;
• 2D animation skills a bonus;
• Experience of working with mocap data a bonus;
• Impeccable sense of timing essential;
• Clear understanding of the production pipeline and workflow;
• Rigging skills a bonus;
• Able to adhere to naming conventions and studio guidelines;
• Able to take direction from Supervisors;
• Able to communicate effectively and complete scheduled tasks on time.
