Fulldome Producer NSC Creative requires a 3D Animator with a well-rounded knowledge of all areas of animation, not just character work, to join their team in Leicester, UK.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they understand the principles of animation to a high level. Projects will range from Fulldome, VR, Stereoscopic 3D, Theme Park Attractions and Flat Screen HD.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in CG with a speciality in keyframe 3D Animation
• Character/creature animation
• Lip sync
• Camera layout and scene animation skills
• Clear understanding of the production pipeline and workflow
• Impeccable sense of timing essential
• Experience of animating in 3ds Max is highly desirable
• Able to adhere to naming conventions and studio guidelines
• Able to take direction from Supervisors
• Able to communicate effectively and complete scheduled tasks on time
• Generalist skills in other key areas of CG production are highly desirable
• Experience of working with mocap data is a bonus
• Rigging skills a bonus

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, driven and willing to learn more about immersive formats.

Required to work on-site, Leicester, UK with some remote/hybrid working possible depending on production schedules.
Offsite work only will be considered for exceptional candidates.

37.5 hours a week. Salary is £22k-24k per annum pro rata, dependent on experience. Start date ASAP.
