Job Opportunity: Vortex Immersion Seeks Sales and Marketing Adminstrator
Vortex Immersion Media, Inc., a production, design and development company with offices in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, is dedicated to delivering visionary immersive entertainment content, venues and related products and services. The company is currently seeking a highly qualified administrator to execute the sales and marketing plan. This position is primarily responsible for assisting company management and other staff in implementing sales and marketing strategy.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or greater;
- 4+ years of relevant experience;
- Solid organizational and administrative ability;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously;
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills;
- Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Design skills especially in Adobe Creative Suite;
- Proficient in CRM/ERP database administration;
- Proven ability to successfully interact with client representatives;
- Strong research and analytic skills, especially internet-based;
- Editing and copy writing skills;
- Sales support experience;
- Preferably program and project-related experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the company CRM database;
- Assisting sales team with quotation and proposals;
- Social media content and marketing;
- Search advertising campaigns;
- Search engine optimization;
- Marketing and editorial copy writing;
- Light graphic and web design and design project management;
- Market research;
- Lead generation and target list marketing;
- Email marketing campaigns;
- Sales process management;
- Outside sales rep coordination and communications.
