NEW IMMERSIVE PROJECTS DIVISION ANNOUNCED AT GSI MUSIQUE

A highly anticipated project finally comes to fruition for GSI Musique in June 2024. An immersive, mobile and uniquely Quebec-made DOME, enabling the projection of fulldome films with an innovative approach. The realization of this initiative embodies GSI CEO Nicolas Lemieux’s vision of always providing state-of-the-art, beautiful experiences for all audiences.

A UNIQUE QUÉBÉCOIS CONCEPT
This immersive 360° creation was designed and realized thanks to expertise from Quebec. It features a smooth projection surface, in addition to being fully removable. The brilliant design and production are the work of the team from Unisson Structures, which is renowned for such major projects as the Calgary Stampede and the Festival d’été de Québec’s Hi-Roof, among others.

GSI Musique will be setting up its first immersive mobile dome outside the Maison de la Culture de Gatineau for the warm season in order to present various productions, including the popular Bébé Symphonique.
