The professional committee of science and technology film of China Association of Popular Science Writers was formally established on September 18, 2017. It is a non-profit professional organization with the purpose of promoting the creation of science film and the development and application of film technology. The special committee is composed of scientists who are committed to supporting the development of science and technology film industry, scholars and technical experts who are engaged in the research, development and application of science and technology film technology, artists engaged in the creation of science and technology film, projection venues, enterprises and entrepreneurs who are willing to promote the prosperity of science and technology film industry.
