Description
Aaron has a First Class, Fine Art Painting BA (Hons) degree from Loughborough University. This artistic background and his passion for computer graphics mean that he has a well-rounded appreciation of creative and technical sides of CG production. Ever since working on his first Fulldome project for NSC Creative, STARS, he has been a vocal supporter of the medium. He has directed several commercial projects; notably the Soviet Firsts experience for the National Space Centre, Making space Work for the International Space and Innovation Centre and the Egyptian Pioneers fulldome film for the Cairo children’s museum. His recent work is in the area of stereoscopic 3D for both flat screen and in the dome, with notable credits as stereographer for Journey of Contrasts 4D and NSC Creative’s first Fulldome 3D film ASTRONAUT 3D. His personal works have been supported by Arts Council England, the British Council and the UK Film Council. His award winning animations have been screened at many film festivals world wide, most notably Edinburgh International Film Festival, Annecy, Animated Encounters, Domefest and Fulldome UK. They have also appeared in publications such as 3D World, Specialten, Televisual and Imagine.
